Welcome to Alina Henderson-Cameron Domestic Cleaning Service. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

We agree to provide cleaning services as outlined in your personalised service plan. We reserve the right to decline service if a property is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers and credit cards. Late payments may incur administrative fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at 50% of the service fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will provide a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alina Henderson-Cameron and its staff are fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear of surfaces and items within your home.
